MJ D'Elia

I create and facilitate learning adventures related to leadership development, strategic thinking, and high-performance teams. I am the current director for LLEAD and love working with emerging and experienced leaders in the library and information sector. I like designing things, reading books, and watching the Toronto Blue Jays (especially, when they're good!).
