In-person Intensive
The in-person learning experience is a pivotal component of the program. Students and faculty stay on campus for 6 days learning together and building relationships. Meals and accommodation costs are included in the tuition.*
*Accommodation details are provided to successful applicants in their acceptance package.

2. Participants are responsible for travel costs to and from the Intensive.

*Students are encouraged to schedule three hours every Friday from April through August 13th to prep for upcoming classes, practice tools and apply concepts covered in class, work on your project, and reflect on your learning.
Assignments
DiSC Assessment
To prepare for the Intensive you'll complete the DiSC, with highlights of your tendencies and preferences.
Development Plan
You'll define your learning objectives, goals and milestones to guide your learning journey and measure your progress.
Journal Writing
Journaling is an evidence-based learning tool. You'll capture your insights, connect ideas to previous learning, and in so doing, deepen your understanding and retention.
Work-Related Project
With your manager you'll identify a project important for your organization that you'll lead and practice tools you are learning.
Reflective Essay
In month 5 you'll submit a reflective essay detailing your key insights and how you are - or will - apply these in your work.
Final Presentation
You'll present the key outcome of LLEAD in a 3-Minute Thesis for you and the main deliverables of your project to the full cohort and all managers.

Program Expectations
Requirements to graduate from LLEAD:

All LLEAD discussions are grounded in confidentiality. To ensure that everyone feels safe to candidly share their leadership experiences, every instructor, student, learning guide and guest is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement before the program begins.
Given the online components of this program, you need to use a reliable, high-speed internet connection. For the best experience, use a large monitor (or two) with a keyboard and mouse. We use Zoom for virtual interactive classes, Miro for collaborative whiteboarding, and Wix for our website and online course platform.
