I'm Rebecca, and you are welcome to call me Beck, Becky, Josie or RJ. My family calls me Jo or Josie - so there's a range of choices.

I've been involved with LLEAD since the beginning when Dr. Ken Haycock asked me to work with him on the design and launch in 2015. Now I'm delighted that MJ is assuming the director role. I will help with him with LLEAD7 logistics and curriculum, LLEAD8 logistics, and then I will withdraw completely to.......

..... refinish furniture and volunteer more in our community and church. Contrary to what many think, I do want to retire from professional activities to devote more time to social solutions. I coordinate breakfast for the shelter in our church every Monday morning. It is incredibly frustrating for me that people are turned out at 7am into pouring rain or blizzards with no place to go until the church up Yonge St. opens for shelter at 5pm. There, I'll step down from my soapbox.

I live in Thornhill, just north of Toronto, with my partner Peter, our dog Benson and two rascally cats - Cleo and Oreo. All rescues - except Peter :) We've been together 49 years. Mon dieu. We can't figure out how this happened. 🙄
